Agreement
I am a licenced acupuncturist and will use the Acusync Series to the
fullest extent of my professional capabilities.
My decision to conduct acupuncture treatments in combination with the
Acusync Series is a personal decision. No promises or warranties are
made to me that I will receive any specific results. I understand that the
application of the Acusync Series is not a substitute for the acupuncture
treatment itself or any other services provided by healthcare providers.
In consideration for using the Acusync Series, I hereby agree to hold Deb
Zimmer, Hans van Latenstein, Talent Developers and all their associates
harmless in any claims brought by me, or on my behalf which contradict
the above.
